All of our cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Sumo Cleaners certified cleaner.

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

For our regular cleaning service, we guarantee that our cleaners will leave your place spotless. If for whatever reason you’re not happy, your satisfaction is our priority. Let us know within 24 hours and we promise to send a cleaner out to take care of the problem for free.

For safety reasons, we have a few exclusions: We don’t clean any human or pet waste (bodily fluids), nor do we clean homes that are infested by any type of vermin. We only clean inside your home (no exterior windows or balconies), but do not clean inside the garage. We do not clean anything higher than what can be reached using a step-stool. We are pleased to wash your dishes and/or load them into your dishwasher, however we cannot place them back into your cabinetry as the risk of breakage is too high. We do not move furniture and / or appliances and clean around/under them only if those areas are accessible.

GETTING STARTED

No problem! You can either login to your account or email us at [email protected] and we will handle it for you. Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, otherwise, there is a $79 cancellation fee.

Yes. We need your payment card information to make an appointment, but you will not be charged until your cleaning is completed.

A Deep Cleaning add on is recommended if you have not had your home professionally cleaned in more than 2 months. This option allows our cleaners to perform a more comprehensive and thorough cleaning for homes that have not been cleaned for a while.

A Move-In/Move-Out or Moving Cleaning will include the inside of all empty kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, all of the baseboards in the home (that are accessible to us without having to move any heavy furniture) and inside all of the appliances. This cleaning is recommended if you are moving into or moving out of your home or are putting your home up on the market and need a thorough cleaning for showings. Please note the price remains the same if the home is empty as there is usually a lot more dust and debris that comes as a result of moving in or out of a home.

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

General cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping are included in Sumo Cleaner’s regular cleaning service. The standard cleaning service from Sumo Cleaners is a great way to keep your home or office clean and tidy.

We also offer move-in and move-out cleaning services, including the inside of your empty cabinets, both in the kitchen and all the bathrooms, all baseboards throughout the home, and the inside of your fridge and oven.
